This is something which I've never said
This is for someone special whom I'll love till I'm dead
Dad, this one is for you
There's a lot to say but words are very few

Departing from you I realized what you meant to me
You cared for me, in the times when you weren't free
You tried every possible thing to bring smile on mah face
I miss you here, I cherish those days...

The way you brought me up, no other could do
The way you praised me in galore...sorry, no control on tears, what to do
You fulfilled my wishes whatever they be
You loved me so much n I was blind to see

Sorry dad, I never stood up what you dreamt for me
Sorry dad, I didn't know that you really love me
Sorry dad, I was too harsh on you
Sorry for everything n I really love you!!!!!

  1. We realise when we miss, till then, we take things for granted. It is more so in the case of parents. We take them for granted and even blind too not only towards their small necessities but also love. But, let me tell you, I am happy you have realised it very soon, when you are still young and a long way to go in life. You can express and share your love and respect for your parents, as you get along with life, but let me also add here that there are many, who are still blind and arrogant, not knowing that the parents are the representatives of your chosen God and Goddess sent by the Creator to help and shape you to become a wonderful human being. May God bless you. All the best. Love.

  2. The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa

The love that you see in parents is God's love: He has given it to them to preserve His creation. The compassion that you see in the kindhearted is God's compassion: He has given it to them to protect the helpless.
